Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Since each item is custom-made and printed on demand, please review our policies below before placing your order.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

2. Wrong Size or Dissatisfaction

  • As all items are printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

  • Please refer to our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

3. Returns in Transit / Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, it will be stored in our facility for 100 days.

  • We can re-ship the order once you confirm the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply).

4. How Refunds Work

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please place a new order.
